過氧乙酸一乙醇聯合輻照滅菌對同種肌腿力學強度的影響

摘要:
[目的]通過力學拉伸實驗探討過氧乙酸-乙醇聯合輻照滅菌對同種肌健抗張強度的影響。
[方法]取健康成年男性手指屈肌牌80根,實驗組分別行過氧乙酸-乙醇處理、15 kGy y射線輻照、過氧乙酸-乙醇聯合輻照,以新鮮深凍肌牌為對照進行力學破壞拉伸實驗,比較實驗組與對照組肌健抗張強度差別。
[結果]過氧乙酸-乙醇法、15 kGy輻照、過氧乙酸-乙醇聯合輻照滅菌實驗組和對照組抗張強度差別均無統計學意義(P>0. 05)。
[結論]過氧乙酸-乙醇聯合輻照滅菌對同種肌健抗張強度沒有影響。

Effect of Peracetic Acid-ethanol Combined Radiation on Tensile Strength of Tendon allograft

Abstract: [Objective]To investigate the effect of sterilization of peracetic acid-ethanol combined radiation on tensile strength of tendon allograft. [Method] Flexor tendons from healthy male adult were procured. Flexor tendon of each pair was randomly allocated to experiment group, while the opposite one was allocated to control group. In experiment group,flexor tendons were processed respectively with peracetic acid-ethanol sterilization, 15 kGy gamma radiation and peracetic acid-ethanol combined radiation sterilization. Mechanical failure test was performed and tensile strength of experiment groups and control groups were compared.〔Results] There was no statistical difference between experiment groups and control groups(P>0. 05). [Conclusion]No negative effect was observed on tensile strength of tendon allograft
sterilized by peracetic acid-ethanol combined radiation.
